Why would you want to do that?

...said one woman behind the counter. It was day 2 of a quick credit card trip from Philadelphia to Lititz, Pennsylvania by bike (170 miles RT). We had stopped for turkey sandwiches - a good lunch makes a long day in the saddle so much easier - and the folks at the deli thought we more crazy than adventurous. Beautiful farms, beautiful roads.
